One event. From first brief
to first introduction.
Follow an illustrative event through Argus. Your agent helps do the thinking. Your workspace keeps the work.
Start with the audience, not a list of logos.
This event is fictional. Company offerings link to official sources. Fit, participation ideas and emails are illustrative, with no endorsement or interest implied.
Ask better commercial questions.
Go beyond “who might sponsor us?” to the buyer, the reason to participate and the next useful action.
A sponsorship expert alongside the agent you already use.
Bring Argus into the same conversation as your other connected tools. Your agent can use tools such as Apollo or Bright Data where supported, while Argus keeps the event context and saved commercial work together.
Available tools depend on your agent, connections and account. We can walk through a supported setup in a demo.
“Pick up SEA Growth Forum. Where did we leave the Airwallex outreach?”
Your agent reasons and writes. Argus supplies domain guidance, event context, tools and evidence handling. You review the commercial judgment.
Your workspace stands on its own. Browse companies, reopen full reports, review brief history and read saved drafts without staying in a conversation.
A useful recommendation shows its workings.
A familiar logo is a starting point. A credible case connects what a company sells to people in your audience, then makes the remaining questions clear.
Airwallex offers corporate cards and expense management in Singapore.

Commercial inference based on the illustrative event brief. How many attendees own the spending decision? Is this audience a priority for the company?
Buyer presence and participation interest still need qualification.Argus also brings dated sponsorship signals into the research where relevant. Appearing at another event is context for a conversation, not proof of buying intent.

A few useful answers.
How Argus fits into the way your team already works.
Why use Argus if I already use ChatGPT or Claude?
Argus adds sponsorship guidance, event context, research tools and a persistent workspace. Your agent can build on the saved brief and company research, rather than relying on you to reconstruct the event each time. The agent still supplies the reasoning and writing.
Can I keep working in my agent?
Yes, with a supported connection. You can describe your event or supply a deck, confirm the saved brief, discover companies, request research and read full reports in the conversation. Argus keeps the work available in the event workspace.
What is saved in Argus?
Your event brief and its history, company tables, evidence, saved reports and outreach subjects and messages. You can browse them independently. Argus saves work through connected actions; it does not automatically read all your conversations.
Can I change my event brief?
Yes. Review and confirm a revised brief, then see which earlier research needs review against the change. Earlier reports remain available. Updating the brief does not automatically rewrite their conclusions.
Can I draft outreach?
Yes. Ask your connected agent to draft an introduction from a company report, then save the subject and body alongside that report in Argus. Review the wording, recipient and commercial assumptions before using it.
Does Argus send the email?
This workflow drafts and saves the message for your review. Gmail sending, automated follow-ups and negotiation are outside the demonstrated workflow.
